Terms and Conditions

Airportcarsonline.Com LTD shall be known as “The Company” and the person named above and / or the person signing the confirmation shall be known as “The Hirer”. It will be deemed that The Hirer accepts responsibility by himself / herself for every person in his / her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows: 

  1. No responsibility whatsoever can be accepted for adverse weather conditions which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by the company.
 
  1. Whilst every effort is afforded to the serviceability of the vehicles, no responsibility can be accepted for the mechanical, electrical or material breakdown howsoever caused. In this unlikely event every effort will be made for immediate repair to the vehicle so that the journey can continue, or the Hirer would be transferred to another vehicle/s and any reasonable extra costs incurred will be borne by the company or refund given.
 
  1. In the event of  breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of the booking, every effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle/s at the Companies discretion. If this is not acceptable to the Hirer a refund will be made of monies paid.
 
  1. The company reserves the right at any time to change / replace or renew the vehicle/s booked or advertised in order to maintain the companies high standard. The replacement vehicle would be of the same type as originally booked.
 
  1. The consumption of food /food products within the vehicle/s are not permitted.
 
  1. The Hirer (as assigned overleaf) shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the vehicle/s by the Hirer or any members of his/her party, how so ever caused. This includes incitement to ANY third party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Hirer will agree to be liable for the total retail cost of the repair and the location of the repairer will be determined by the company.
 
  1. The company or its representatives (eg. Chauffeur) reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person/persons they deem unfit for whatsoever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/persons behave in the manor which may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this event no refund will be given.
 
  1. ALL DAMAGES TO VEHICLES ARE CHARGEBLE TO THE HIRER INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR HIS/HER CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED.
 
  1. Climbing on to, or sitting on, the exterior of the vehicle/s, is not allowed, hanging out of the windows is not allowed (it is illegal)
 
  1. Failure to observe the above rules will result in immediate termination of the hire and no refund will be given in these circumstances.
 

Note: In the event of conditions 2 and 3 or any other breakdown and/or accident no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections and/or functions, howsoever caused.

 

Thank you for choosing Airportcarsonline.com Service. Your signature above authorizes airportcarsonline.com ltd to bill your credit card for all your reservations plus an additional 6% charges, for the credit card services on each reservation. A no-show or cancellation charge will apply to reservations not cancelled within 3 hours.

Aditional Payment Agreement
The applicant hereby agrees to and accepts the following terms and conditions: Full payment shall be due upon receipt of statement/ reservation form. Failure to make payment in full within 30 Days of statement closing date will subject applicants account to a finance charge, which will be computed on the average daily balance at a monthly rate of 10%.

In the event that the account remains unpaid and legal fees therefore are incurred by Airportcars online.com ltd, to obtain payment for services rendered or for information and assistance airportcarsonline.com ltd, may require from whatever source it deems necessary to obtain payment, the applicant shall be held accountable for all expenses incurred in the collection process, including reasonable attorney fees.

The undersigned on behalf of the applicant authorizes airportcarsonline.com ltd. to conduct a complete and thorough check of all the information supplied to airportcarsonline.com ltd. Furthermore, the applicant certifies that the above statements are true, correct, complete, thorough and have been made by the undersigned for the purpose of inducing airportcarsonline.com ltd, to extend credit to the applicant knowing that airportcarsonline.com ltd, will rely thereupon, furthermore the undersigned is fully aware of airportcarsonline.com Ltd., reservations, billing and operating policies/procedures. Card holder responsibility to contact airportcarsonline.com ltd, to have rates and applicable charges explained for all available services.

I authorize airportcarsonline.com ltd. to charge all incurred charges to the above credit card for reservations with airportcarsonline.com ltd .
