The 宝盈彩app下载 Board of Directors nominates candidates for 宝盈彩app下载 President-Elect, and divisional and regional nominating committees nominate the candidates for the Division and Region Director positions. The annual ballot also includes candidates for positions in the 宝盈彩app下载 Standards Association, 宝盈彩app下载 Technical Activities, 宝盈彩app下载-USA, and 宝盈彩app下载 Women in Engineering.
In accordance with 宝盈彩app下载 Bylaw I-307 Nominations and Elections, individual voting members may propose, by petition, names to be added to the ballot for the offices that appear on the 宝盈彩app下载 annual election ballot.
Balloting for the 2023 宝盈彩app下载 Annual Election ended at 12:00 pm EDT (16:00 UTC) on 2 October 2023. The unofficial election results will be announced on 6 October 2023.

Why am I not eligible to vote?
The annual election ballots were created for all eligible voting members on record on 30 June 2023. If your membership status was inactive on 30 June, a ballot was not created for you for the 2023 宝盈彩app下载 Annual Election.
When will I receive my ballot via postal mail?
Balloting for the 2023 宝盈彩app下载 Annual Election ended at 12:00 pm EDT (16:00 UTC) on 2 October 2023. The unofficial election results will be announced on 6 October 2023.
Ballot packages were mailed via postal mail to eligible voters on 15 August in accordance with their election communication preferences as of 30 June 2023.

How do I access my ballot electronically?
Eligible voting members can access their ballot on the 宝盈彩app下载 Annual Election webpage. During the balloting period:
- Click “Access Ballot” (Ballot available on 15 August)
- Log in with your 宝盈彩app下载 Account to authenticate ballot access
- Candidate biographical information is available within the electronic ballot
Please note that ballot access is only created for eligible voting members on record on 30 June of the election year.
